“The Hidden Oasis”

My stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment my partner and I arrived, we were made to feel incredibly special and welcomed. We were greeted with complimentary drinks and cool towels, which was such a thoughtful touch after arriving. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the bellman assisted with our luggage and made sure we were comfortably settled. What stood out most to me was the effort they made to make my birthday weekend memorable. While I was away from my room, the staff prepared a beautiful surprise for my return. They created swans, decorated the room with a “Happy Birthday” message, left a slice of chocolate birthday cake, and provided two wine glasses with ice. I was genuinely touched because it showed that they had taken the time to make the occasion feel personal and special. I also thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The water temperature was absolutely perfect and very comfortable on my skin. The complimentary hats and other little touches added to the experience as well. The customer service throughout my stay was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and overall, my partner and I had a wonderful time. I left feeling appreciated and very happy with the experience. Thank you to the staff for helping to make my birthday weekend such a memorable one. I would definitely say that my stay exceeded my expectations. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel

Excellent service from all the staff, always available. The location is just meters from the beach, and the shuttle cart that takes you there is a great convenience. The umbrellas and loungers included on the beach were a smart addition.

I had a wonderful stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the beach was absolutely stunning. The whole property has a lovely, relaxed feel and the food was excellent. What really made my stay special, though, was the staff. They were exceptional — so friendly, helpful and attentive, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. At one point during my stay I felt unwell, and they kindly arranged for food to be delivered to my room, which was incredibly thoughtful. They really did go above and beyond. Even when I was leaving, the level of care continued. The day before my departure, they checked that I had arranged my transfer, and on the morning I left, a member of staff called the transfer company on my behalf to confirm everything and make sure there were no issues. I really appreciated that attention to detail and the fact that they were looking out for me right until I left. Beautiful room, gorgeous beach, great food and, most importantly, genuinely wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend The Oasis at Grace Bay and would happily stay here again. N/A

The garden, family‑friendly atmosphere, music, and location were great, but the restaurant service at the hotel was lacking.

Everything was within walking distance, but the staff were rude and stared at us most of the time.
