EMPIRIC Keizersgracht occupies a historic Amsterdam building with a tranquil garden and terrace. The boutique B‑B offers a single bedroom, en‑suite bathroom, free Wi‑Fi, tea/coffee maker, minibar, TV, and polished parquet floors overlooking the garden. Centrally located, it sits minutes from Rembrandtplein, the Van Gogh Museum, and nearby boat rentals, with Schiphol Airport 15 km away.

I landed in a great spot and Marc was super helpful, making the whole experience fantastic.

The place was right in the middle of everything, and Marc was very accommodating, suggesting awesome spots to visit, though the only downside was having to climb stairs to reach the toilet.

The room and its patio/garden were nice and peaceful, with Nespresso coffee in the room, and the location was very good, but the toilets were private and not in the bathroom, requiring a steep climb upstairs.

The location was good and the host was excellent, the only drawback being that the toilet was a floor above our room.
