“Poor sensitivity to customer emergency need”

It’s a safe spot you’d expect from a Marriott. They wouldn’t refund us for one day when we had to leave early, even though we’d already told them we’d stay five days instead of six.

The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were clean. The coffee shop was tidy and the server was very professional. The only annoyance was people dozing in the business center—or was it the lounge?

“Chlorine smell in pool”

It’s safe, and breakfast and hot cocoa at night are convenient. You can buy snacks if you want. The pool had a terrible chlorine smell, so we couldn’t enjoy it with the grandkids, and there was no supervision of the kids running around soaking and getting wet through the lobby; the front desk said nothing. My poor granddaughter slipped on a puddle.
