The rooms themselves are spacious and the beds are good, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The front desk was super helpful, taking care of over ten packages and even delivering breakfast to the room.

The location in this tiny, lovely mountain village is dreamy; the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast room was sweet, and it’s well‑situated near the subway for a trip to the center. The rooms should be cleaned daily, especially since used toilet paper is stored in open bins; toilet brushes would also be useful.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is close to the center. We didn’t like the breakfast; the second bed was a small mattress on a wooden board, and the cleanliness could improve.

The big pool and great scenery, with the hotel inside the scenic area, were nice. Breakfast could offer more variety, even just side dishes; a curtain between the big pool and the room would be good to block light in the morning so you could sleep longer. There was spiderweb in a wall corner.
