The service and hospitality were unbelievably poor, and they didn’t reimburse my refundable deposit—how does a $150 deposit result in only a $12.44 return?

I appreciated that room service came to clean up and swap out towels, which was a big plus for me. I would have liked a suite that had a full kitchen; I thought I had one with a small kitchenette but I didn't.
