The hotel’s spot right on the waterfront was spot‑on, but we were given a room that faced a fence instead of the sea we’d paid for. Inside, the shower door had a hole, the bathroom looked worn, and the hallway music was so loud it kept us up. When we asked for cleaning, the staff just shrugged and didn’t show up for three days, leaving the room dirty and the plumbing looking ancient.

Being a stone’s throw from the beach was the only thing that made this place decent. Unfortunately, the service felt half‑hearted and the room itself showed obvious signs of wear, making the stay far from comfortable.

We checked out after just one night because the whole place felt neglected—from grimy rooms to a filthy pool area. Breakfast was basically hot water and a tea bag, and most staff were rude, except for Sayfe who was genuinely helpful. The worst part was feeling unsafe: strangers, some apparently drunk, wandered into our room twice, and the air‑conditioning never worked. To top it off, the hotel still billed us for half the remaining nights, which felt completely unfair.

The rooms were spacious with a nice sea view and the beds were fairly comfortable, plus breakfast was decent. However, we stepped into a puddle right after entering, waited an hour for anyone to clean it, and ended up finding the housekeeper ourselves. Dust, sand, and even hair were everywhere, towels were torn, and the bathroom corners were filthy—thankfully we only stayed one night.

The staff were friendly and the rooms offered a reasonable amount of space, but the hotel itself is clearly under renovation—buildings look worn and the pool is half‑finished. Some air‑conditioners didn’t work at all, and when we asked to be moved, we were told the only way to get a new room was to add an extra night to our stay.
