It was super convenient for Fudan and the staff were very nice, but I got a weird room with a tent and camping furniture that was extremely uncomfortable.
The service was amazing, and for my business trip, having reliable service and functionality was essential; the food, attention to detail, and overall service were lacking.

Rose Wu, Mandy Zhang, and Anny An were the best receptionists.

Everything was delicious, the room was huge, incredibly clean and super cozy, and the bathroom and extra amenities were excellent.
