The location was convenient, but the promised facilities were far from what was actually available: the toilet flush didn't work, the TV was dead, insects were on the bed, there were no toiletries, and there was no Wi‑Fi—free or paid. When I mentioned the flush issue, the staff response was poor.

I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was really comfy. The only downside was the noise from the street outside, but it wasn't too bad. I was a bit worried about the noise when I booked, but it didn't ruin my stay. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.
