Getting from Busan Station was straightforward, and the self‑check‑in kiosk was easy to use; although we didn’t need it, there was a washing machine on site. The automatic doors malfunctioned – a few guests were stuck outside after returning, and no staff were present, but the doors eventually opened and we managed to get in after a few minutes; when I checked in, someone outside helped me get inside. The shower temperature controls were fiddly – my friend just kept the water running, while I turned the knob fully and somehow ended up on the cold side with hot water still coming out. Apart from that, the location was quiet, the fridge and the large bed were good, and checkout was simple.

The location is convenient, it’s clean, cheap and the rooms are spacious. Although the self‑service concept is handy, it’s a bit unsettling that anyone from outside can wander in – I even saw a stranger sit in the lobby and look around, which made me uneasy as a solo female traveler.

The price was cheap and the customer service always replied, but the refrigerator’s freezer still held a box of ice cream and a bottle of water, suggesting the cleaning staff missed that spot.

The accommodation was more than great, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and the spot was close to the station. I recommend it. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
