I booked a different room but ended up in another. When I asked to switch, they said it was full, yet no one else was actually in that room.

The photos looked great, but the reality was very different. The room, pool area, and lobby were all quite dirty and didn’t match the ads. The bathroom was especially bad: the shower didn’t drain, so water pooled and it felt like standing in a bathtub; the sink had the same problem. When we arrived, we were handed used toilet paper instead of a fresh roll, which was very disappointing. Soundproofing was a major issue; in the morning it felt like kids playing in the pool were right next to us. The walls are extremely thin and provide almost no insulation, making it hard to relax or sleep. I asked for an extra towel and was told the policy was one towel per person per day. With only about 10 occupied rooms out of 200, that answer seemed unreasonable—an extra towel shouldn’t have been such a problem. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, noise, and service were far below expectations. The hotel looks much better in pictures than in reality, and I would not stay here again.

“le pire hotel”

The location was the only thing I liked, since the beach sits right next to the hotel, but everything else fell short. The cleanliness was truly disappointing, especially the linens; during my four‑night stay the sheets were never properly changed or washed. The pool was also filthy and badly maintained, which was a real shame because its condition was simply horrible. I left very disappointed and would not recommend this place.
