“Disgusting roach pits with stains on beds!”

There was absolutely nothing positive. Roaches, bodily fluids all over the sheets, whatever was all over the walls between the bed and kitchen, nasty stuff on the tub. They don’t care about handicap people; they tried to make us take one upstairs room and one downstairs when we were told at booking that we were handicap and had mobility scooters. We had to share one room with three people and walk half a block to get there, had to cancel the other room because we can’t climb all those stairs, and now I have to try to get my money back. This room was disgusting, inhumane, and shouldn’t have been rented! It needs a forensic inspection. Never again will I use that hotel.

The only good thing was how close it was to the highway exit and how easy it was to walk to a Seven Eleven and a tasty Mexican restaurant. I had planned to cook, but there was no kettle or dishes, and the induction stove was broken. Flies kept coming in nonstop, and on the last night the room next door blasted loud music all night, which was absolutely annoying.

The key card didn’t work, so the manager had to open the door for us. The floors were poorly mopped and still had standing water. The location was bad, it smelled like weed, and the overall vibe was terrible. It was so awful that we decided to leave and go to another hotel.

“It was a comfortable stay.”

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, the air‑conditioning worked well, and the place was clean. The building itself was tidy and there were no homeless people around, which was a plus. We didn’t have a TV remote, and the fire alarm kept chirping because of a low battery; it took an hour for someone to fix it and give us a remote. On the first night, Saturday, there were a lot of people outside talking loudly, laughing, and gathering, which made a lot of noise.
