The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable with kitchen facilities, and I didn't see any staff but that was fine; the room had everything I needed.

We stayed at the Lions Gate Mews last week as a family of four adults and it was the perfect base for our Central London trip; from the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The secure car parking was a huge bonus and the location couldn’t have been more convenient, just a short walk from the train station so we could easily travel into and out of London without the hassle of driving into the city. The accommodation itself was pristine, incredibly spacious, beautifully presented, and had everything we could possibly need for a holiday or short break, truly feeling like a home away from home. The setting was simply beautiful too, and one of our favourite moments was sitting on the sofa in the living room and looking across the road to see the deer—a lovely and unexpected sight! Our only other regret was that we didn’t manage to visit the café across the road, which looked absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely stay again and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious and convenient place to stay. Thank you very much. The only small recommendation for families or groups staying longer would be an additional small sofa in the living room, but this in no way took away from our experience or enjoyment of the accommodation.

This is our go‑to place for Hampton Court Palace visits; the location is fantastic, right on the doorstep of the palace, great for visits, and the transport links into London and surrounding areas are excellent, with the train station just a short walk away. The on‑site parking is great too. The property is always spotlessly clean, well‑maintained, and managed. It’s great to have the associated Café across the road offering a discount for staying guests, and Bushy Park is right on the doorstep for those more energetic guests wanting a run or leisurely walk among the beautiful resident deer. A short walk down the road gives you access to a plethora of cafés, restaurants, pubs, and shops. I can highly recommend The Mute Swan; the food, service, and atmosphere are fantastic, but I would suggest booking a table as each time we’ve been it has been extremely busy! The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of the hot water in the kitchen when washing up, as it is absolutely scalding hot; not a bad thing if you want to wash dishes, but something to be mindful of.

The location is excellent, especially for visiting Hampton Court. The apartments are quite large and modern, and the owner was very accommodating and helpful on our arrival. Loved all of it.
