“Excellent”
The atmosphere, the staff, and the hospitality were great, especially Amit at the front desk who was very helpful, but the Wi‑Fi was unavailable most of the time.
The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, but hot water was only available for a one‑minute shower.
“We had a nice stay and really liked the service. I must appreciate Rinku Thakur who was always smiling to help us.”
The place was kept in excellent condition, though the breakfast could have been better.
“Good stay with friendly staff especially the restaurant guys very friendly and welcoming. Food was also good.”
Charging for room heaters feels unfair, especially when the doors don’t block cross‑ventilation.
