The only bright side was Novalja’s beautiful beaches, clear water, and perfect weather – the holiday itself was wonderful. However, the apartment itself was disappointing: the floors were very dirty, the toilets weren’t properly cleaned, and the bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell. The curtains were damaged, the bed linens had stains, and there was too little dishware. None of the room doors closed properly. The house is extremely noisy (you can hear the neighbors upstairs clearly) and the pool area was often loud until midnight. The value for money was completely off for us. I would not recommend it.

“Not clean and not deluxe!”

The location and the swimming pool were fine, but the check‑in time, communication, apartment cleanliness, and overall building condition were all lacking. The “deluxe” label was far from accurate, and the biggest issue was the dirt found in the apartment after we waited hours for it to be handed over. The lack of cleanliness is unacceptable.

Everything was great – a new apartment close to the center, the beach was a big plus, and the pool was nice. The owner was friendly, the parking was adequate, and the place was suitable.
