From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The location is absolutely brilliant, the staff are wonderfully friendly, and the manager went above and beyond to look after us throughout our entire stay. We were thrilled to be upgraded to pool‑view rooms, and they made sure our whole family stayed together, which made our trip even more special. Enjoying breakfast every morning with those amazing views was unforgettable. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. This trip gave us wonderful family memories that we will treasure forever. Great room; breakfast was decent with limited options. It has an excellent and beautiful spa, but you have to pay to use it! Alessandro who attended us was super attentive and helpful!

The breakfast on the top floor was set against stunning scenery and the staff were outstanding, but the selection could have been broader.

The staff were very kind and I enjoyed breakfast in my room, but dinner should have been offered at the restaurant instead of the pool bar, the spa needs improvement, the juices at breakfast were awful, although the lounge breakfast was great.
