“Didn't expect a 5 star because of the price but I did expect comfort and cleanliness.”

I had to leave after the second night because the A/C was leaking and the room smelled of mold, and while I was working in the lobby/eating area a rat the size of a cat ran through it.

I was pleased to find plenty of restaurants nearby, which was especially handy since I was traveling solo, and getting to the main sights was a breeze.

The hotel was a complete disappointment: the rooms had no TV, no Wi‑Fi, rats were seen around the pool, the bathroom was filthy, and they still tried to charge us after we cancelled.

Worst hotel and won’t accept a refund. I have pictures of rats roaming around the pool area. All! Misleading and not the same as the pictures shown on the website.
