Staying at the beautiful château de Neyran was exceptional; the millésime room was tastefully decorated and super comfortable, the bathroom was magnificent, and the breakfast prepared by Caroline was perfect—thanks to her warm welcome.

The ambiance and staff are absolutely charming; the château is well‑situated near the beaches and bike paths, and the daily breakfast is another plus. The bedding is very plush (perhaps too much for us) and the cleanliness could be improved.

This chateau is perfectly located for a bike ride or a 5‑minute car trip to Soulac centre and the beach; the owner Caroline and Sabrina provided a highly personalised experience and fantastic food. Dinner service was available Thursday to Saturday and became our favourite meals even though we ate out most of the holiday. Breakfasts were handmade and fresh. We stayed in the double suite, which was remarkably spacious, light, and airy, and we managed even in the extreme heat. It was a perfect blend of boutique privacy and attentive staff care, and we didn’t want to leave. The only comment is that routine room cleaning could be better, but any request we made was welcomed and handled.
