“Exceptionally tight. Staff were not nice”
The gym was a plus, but the price and the staff were a downside.

The vibe here is friendly, the spot’s great for getting into the city centre, the bed’s comfy, the shower’s powerful, the décor looks good, the fixtures and fittings are solid, and the rooftop café serves a tasty breakfast. I did notice there’s no storage or hanging space, but that’s just part of the simple design and the room’s size.

The reception staff were amazing, the room was spacious and spotless. The only downside was the loud noise coming from the nightclub below.

When I booked, I told the hotel that the room would be for my daughter to stay over her wedding weekend. The hotel ended up giving her a room with a broken fridge and no phone. Nothing in the fridge was cold, and the front desk required me to go down to the entrance in person to talk to them. After several trips back and forth, they finally sent us a WhatsApp contact. They tried to install a phone, but it didn’t work. The fridge was never fixed. I expected more professional service for the price I paid. They offered another room, but it was lower quality, which the bride rejected. I was very disappointed.

The breakfast selection was poor and not value for money. The location was not central therefore tram or taxi. The room view was poor and we were put in the annexe and there where no wardrobes for hanging clothes
