The view and atmosphere are breathtaking! It’s a full villa experience with fruit trees and herbs and plenty of garden space. Endless sunsets and a super helpful host. Salvatore offered guidance about dinner reservations and boat tours (highly recommended). Excellent place to recharge and enjoy the area as an Italian without any tourist distractions and noise.

What can I say? We liked everything. The spectacular view of Procida and Ischia. The kindness and attention of Salvatore, always ready to dispense advice and tips, making him a super host. The environment is pet‑friendly, so our kitten had a great time enjoying the breeze, sunsets, and garden. We left with heavy hearts; but we filled our eyes and souls with wonder. Who knows if we’ll see each other soon for the famous boat ride!

Nothing is left to chance. Top. A place where you unplug from everyday life and enjoy a breathtaking panorama. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts. We will return.

The view is breathtaking, and the patio gives a spacious, privileged outdoor area. Air‑conditioning in every room during the heat wave was a lifesaver. Having two bathrooms in two rooms is a real plus. The boat trip to Procida was unforgettable. In the kitchen there’s a service area that Salvatore must be able to reach; it would be worth exploring a different access method in the future, and we know Salvatore is already considering several improvements.
