Hosts Vito and Stephania were super nice and helpful. They drove us to a nearby restaurant and picked us up, then the next day took us to the parking lot from where our hiking trail started so we wouldn’t have to walk on the highway without a sidewalk. The only issue was that Booking claimed only a 4‑room apartment was available, which we paid for; it cost 40 € more than the double room we eventually received. We were the only guests. The house is nice but very, very old, so it was a bit drafty. The smell lingered in our bedding even after days of airing out.
