The location is great. You’re right in the old town and at the beach. For parking, the parking garage by the Balanciaga Museum is recommended. The hosts are very kind and very helpful. They also told us that we can get to Zumaia or Zarautz quickly by bus. The city is difficult to park in, but the hosts were very helpful and picked us up when we were already very desperate because there was no parking on Sunday.
