The place is magnificent, but the isolation promised calm was ruined by a neighboring villa that hosts weddings and lets a DJ play until 2 am. The front desk staff insisted it never happened and refused any compensation. We slept until 2 am, yet we had chosen this spot for peace, and the venue was supposed to be quiet. After a 10‑hour drive back, I will not choose this place again.

The area is really nice, with cozy corners and beautiful views, and there is nothing to complain about.

“Un Relais delizioso”

The location is enchanting for both visiting Rome and reaching Fiumicino. The breakfast is extraordinary, with homemade sweet cakes and savory options. The rooms are delightful “little houses” with private entrances and a small outdoor space, all very well cared for. The spa and restaurant are also excellent, and there is nothing to criticize.

“The hotel is clearly geared towards on-site weddings and not for other guests.”

I was staying at the hotel to attend a wedding in another hotel. The room was large and comfortable and everything was very clean. My room had no wardrobe or realistic clothes storage. I needed to steam some clothes but had no hangers or a place to hang things (I borrowed a hanger in the end). I think it's pretty basic to provide hanging storage. The breakfast is very poor and because you're in an isolated rural location there are no alternatives. There were a couple of annoying small things like putting 2 bottles of water in the fridge and then advising on check out that I needed to pay if I used these. Again, I think it's very basic for a hotel to provide a bottle of water, especially in a hot country

The historic building and the soft music in the morning were great, but the pool was disappointing.
