Breakfast was okay but closed early. I booked through you, and after I did so I called the property to confirm my reservation; they said yes. When we arrived they finally found my reservation but said we didn’t have a booking number and charged 50 dollars more than the booking price.

The spot was convenient, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired, especially at 8 a.m. The hot‑tub tiles were broken, with fragments lying at the bottom, and the pool water was noticeably cloudy.

The room itself was acceptable, yet we couldn't use the pool—which was the main reason we chose this hotel—so we were very disappointed. The breakfast was awful and the overall service was poor; when we asked why the pool was closed around the clock, the staff were extremely rude. We would like a reimbursement.
