I was shocked by how awful this place is; it’s a motel and the room was extremely dirty, with no family-friendly feel at all. Every corner screamed “MOTEL,” and I can’t understand how Booking would list such a horrible spot. I’m a frequent Booking customer and was utterly disappointed, especially with the safety concerns for families. It’s a disgusting place, and I wish Booking would remove it from their listings.

The staff were fantastic, especially the night receptionist who was splendid and very transparent, and a dark‑haired, slim, very friendly young man, plus the kitchen lady who was also welcoming. The only downside was that we found a cockroach in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything went, from check-in to check-out. The staff were super helpful and the room was spotless. I didn't really have any complaints, which is a rare thing for me.
