The reception and the process were super; everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful. The property looks well maintained, we only looked at the pool and it was very clean with top‑quality water. The play equipment (slide, etc.) is cool, though a splash of paint would help. Overall it’s fine, especially considering the price: we paid 140 € for a 50 m² apartment for two nights. There were plenty of parking spots, space to play, run and jump (our 2.5‑year‑old). The beds could use an upgrade; as a 100‑kg person a cheap foam mattress isn’t ideal and my wife’s was a bit saggy, so a change would help. Depending on how light the sleep is, the train traffic at night can be heard – but that’s subjective and not everyone is bothered.

The owners were friendly, the mattresses were solid, the pool was great, and the whole property is highly recommended; I’ve already told friends and a colleague is booking too.

It was lovely to be on the edge of the forest with a large pool that we used every day; the landlords were very friendly and easy to reach.

The outdoor area was beautiful and well kept, the pool was dreamy and there was plenty of space for kids to move around. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff seemed friendly at first glance. The apartment we had was very worn out and old. The lamp over the bed didn’t work, the mattresses were saggy and the bed frame was felt through. The kitchen urgently needed an overhaul; the doors were crooked, the old fridge felt like you could pull the door out of your hand, there was no freezer, and the induction hob was stored in a cupboard and had no space, so we had to cook on the kitchen table. The only utensils were a whisk and an old spatula. The sockets were in a deplorable state, one on a wall almost came out when you pulled the plug. The bathroom was okay but some silicone seams were black. The ventilation was extremely loud. The whole apartment had an unpleasant odor that didn’t go away even with ventilation. We could have overlooked everything – we’re not picky, we managed and the kids had fun, so that was most important. But an incident with the owner ruined the relaxation. Because of the smell, my son left the bathroom vent on. The operator told us the light and ventilation (connected) should only be left on as long as necessary because they are loud and disturb others. I had already told the kids and made sure it was turned off after use. Then the owner, despite us using the bathroom normally that evening (showering and brushing teeth), sent me a WhatsApp message from an unknown number in the middle of the night saying the light was already on again, it wasn’t necessary and it was nice to turn the bathroom light off. The light had been off for a long time and we were in bed.
