Everything else worked, but the Wi‑Fi was a problem. It didn’t support video calls, so I had to find a café that stayed open at 11 pm just to make one. When I first raised the issue, I had to speak to four different people before someone said they’d “contact IT.” The fridge in my room was broken and had to be replaced; it was good that they fixed it, but it was annoying that I had to ask.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, meeting our needs without delay. The place was spacious and very clean, and we would stay again. The location was good, with a supermarket nearby. The lighting was too dim, especially in the kitchen and dining area; it was fine in the morning but too dark at night. The Wi‑Fi was weak, so I couldn’t make a WhatsApp call.

The staff were friendly and hospitable, and chef Badhrul Islam was excellent. The rest of the team was very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms were nice, comfortable, and spacious. I stayed in room 4014; the toilet was very clean but had an extreme bad smell. The gas from the sanitary junction filled the toilet with such odor that someone might faint; we had to keep the washbasin running continuously to mask it. That’s the only downside.

The staff were very friendly and always tried to help. Our 4‑year‑old daughter could stay with us for free. The location in Indiranagar is good, the room was well equipped and clean, and there’s a rooftop pool. We could check in early, check out late, and leave our luggage with the hotel until late evening. The hotel feels past its prime: wall stains, a broken and loud bathroom fan, a window stuck in the open position that couldn’t be fully locked because the staff didn’t have the key, a missing shower head at the pool shower, and a smelly men’s toilet on the ground floor.
