The location and service were fine. The gym was disappointing—small with few options, and equipment was disassembled with loose cables, far below the hotel’s standard.

We liked how close it was to the city center. The breakfast and the staff, who always made sure you were taken care of, were appreciated. There was no AC on the third floor. We had to change rooms on day one, and after two days we reported no AC again. We were told maintenance was not working and no fans were available. On day three we were told there were issues, but no options were offered. With 33°C weather it was not pleasant.

The room was quite close to the city center. It was very noisy; the metro outside was loud. I checked the window multiple times, thinking it was open, but even with it closed the metro sounded like it was passing right under our window. The noise recurred every 3‑5 minutes.
