The room size is very good and the location is convenient; the facilities are solid. Service needs improvement. The price is quite high compared to other nearby properties, and they should include breakfast and dinner in that price. There’s no restaurant nearby.

The rooms were very neat, clean, and well maintained. I wasn’t expecting such a high level of cleanliness, discipline, and cooperative staff service. The staff were polite, supportive, and always ready to help, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. One of the most impressive aspects was the thoughtful arrangement inside the rooms: inspirational and spiritual books like श्री हनुमान चालीसा, गीता प्रबोधन, आनंदमय जीवन, and स्वर्ण पथ were available for reading, creating a very positive, peaceful, and devotional atmosphere for guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and a spiritually enriching environment. Highly appreciated and recommended. The location is not easy to find; it can be confusing.

I was in Gangtok, Sikkim, and ran into a few hiccups, but the Orbit Hotel staff stepped in and guided us through everything. They were super polite, helpful, and cooperative the whole time, and even at the last minute they booked us a nice family room that made the trip a lot more comfortable. Their hospitality and supportive nature were truly appreciated. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay pleasant and memorable; this is a genuine review.
