The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is close to the concert, but the suite had no bathroom.

The kitchen and laundry facilities were great, but the place was noisy.

I arrived at the hotel at 9 am even though check‑in is at 4 pm, and they let me in early because the room was already ready. Thank you so much.

Good hotel location. We had reserved parking in advance, but there was no space available at the hotel. We were offered an alternative parking lot about a 10-minute walk away
