The attention from all staff was excellent, I loved the detail they had for my husband’s birthday (without asking for anything), they gifted us a bottle of champagne and expressed their best wishes for the 👏🏼. They knew because there were gifts in the room and balloons for my husband.

In a word everything was amazing! The food, the attentive staff (big thanks to Bénédicte at reception!), the shows, the very clean room, the daytime activities! Sure, we’ll come back. Maybe add some lighting on the outdoor terrace (room with pool).

The hotel offers huge space and many areas. The themed restaurants (the Asian one is a must) and especially the service, comfort, and “all‑included” are absolutely everything, no doubt, any time. Days of pleasure. I would improve the option to have some organized excursions from the hotel that fit the schedules and expand the themed restaurants a bit.
