We loved our time at La Casa di Nonna Giulia. While walking coast‑to‑coast, we were caught in thunder and torrential rain that day, and Gloria’s warm welcome was amazing. The apartment was wonderful, with everything and more than you could need. We were able to dry all our stuff, warm up, and have a hot drink, and we were very grateful. Gloria also prepared a great breakfast for us, and there are small shops nearby in town for anything else if you want to cook. She recommended the pizzeria in Civitella del Lago, where the pizza was fantastic and the panoramic view over the lake and surrounding countryside was stunning. We felt real warmth in the town of Civitella del Lago and would love to visit again. Thank you, Gloria, for your care and for sharing your home with us.
