Mistral Ustka hotel is 250 meters from a sandy Baltic Sea beach. Nautical-themed rooms feature white and blue tones, seating areas, wooden furniture, and flat-screen TVs. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, private parking, a children's playground, kitchenettes, and a breakfast buffet. The hotel is centrally located in Ustka, close to the Museum of Bread, with a nearby café and optional fishing boat excursions.

The cleanliness and room amenities remain excellent, the location is great, and the price‑to‑quality ratio hasn't changed; breakfasts and sweets are still very good. For introverts, this is an ideal place to rest because the staff limit contact to a few necessary phrases like “the amount was thrown into the air” and nothing else. This is no longer the Mistral of years past; the service completely ruins the atmosphere. I understand the labor shortage, but all the staff should probably receive some training. I don't demand royal treatment, although it used to be that way. Currently there's no eye contact, no greeting or farewell, no key to the desk, and a vague “over there on the other side” with a head gesture—this was everything I heard about the room and stay. Words like “good morning,” “please,” “thank you” received no response, like in a PRL cafeteria. The same happened at breakfast and later at the café. I came to Ustka because of Mistral and was disappointed, a pity. PS. There were a few shortcomings in the bathroom, but maybe that's temporary.
