Relax Inn Hostels

Nothing good; there were rats, cockroaches, and the place was filthy. We had to leave at 4 am because we couldn’t sleep with all the cockroaches and dust. They told us there was a third bed, but only after we arrived did they give us a very dirty mattress. I’m attaching photos and there are also videos showing cockroaches walking on the bed, on the floor, everywhere.

“Horrível”

We had to walk for thirty minutes because the reception was in one building and the rooms were in another. The service was terrible.

Para ser totalmente sincera, la experiencia fue muy mala. La habitación estaba regular, pero tenía muy mal olor. Lo peor fue el baño compartido: olía fatal y estaba muy sucio. Fuimos al alojamiento, pero no pude aguantar más y tuve que irme a otro hotel. Solicito la devolución del dinero porque no dormimos allí. The bed was comfortable. The toilet smelled and the floor had mold. The sheets weren't ironed. There was no kitchen. No place to sit or eat. No table inside the bedroom.

No dirty sheets. Hygiene was terrible, absolute trash.
