The location is excellent, there is parking and it’s right next to the cable car. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. You can buy the ski pass right there, which is very convenient. The only downside is there’s no air conditioning in the room, but keeping the window open works fine.

The overall package, the optimal location, the possibility of a long breakfast, and the renovated rooms were all excellent.

The breakfast staff were great and the location is perfect. However, the owner’s arrogance at breakfast and the way he treated the employees were off‑limits; he charged for the soap from the bathroom that I had to use to clean my gear, and the sauna facilities I thought were free because of the message on the slippers turned out to be a mistake. I highly recommend an English course and more humility. It’s a shame about the location and friendly staff, but I will never come back.
