The location is good—just a 5‑minute walk to Valladolid’s center. My room was clean and spacious. There’s no fridge in the room, but the kitchen has one you can use. When we arrived at 15:00, no one was there to check us in, so please let us know ahead of time.

Great location, right next to the cenote and not far from the center. The room was big, bright, and comfortable. The shared kitchen is excellent—there’s drinking water and even ice! The host is a lovely woman who patiently explained everything. The water pressure in the shower was very weak

The room is big but basic. The two owners are very welcoming and helpful. The location is good for walking to the city center. Parking is a plus for Valladolid streets, and there’s a large bottle of free purified water (very handy).
