The staff were fantastic and the room was nicely decorated. The gym was good and there was a nice little pool too. It was a bit pricey for essentially a windowless room (the window faces a wall or the reception, so there’s no natural light). The shower was inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes not.

Breakfast was fine, but it was missing tabasco, a different type of bacon, daily beans, and better fruit. We had a chair in the room that was too small for two people, the toilet area was cramped, and we expected larger windows facing the street or square.

The location is good, the staff and breakfast were fine, and we stayed in a suite on the 5th floor. There was no bar and it was quite expensive.
