The hotel is very close to the station and the lake, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is terrible, full of prostitution and other unsavory characters, so I don’t recommend it—especially for families and girls traveling alone. The Wi‑Fi is awful, and they charge 9 CHF for using the lockers.

The rooms were clean and the staff were polite, giving it the feel of a proper Ibis. Outside the hotel, however, the area was unpleasant, with prostitution around the corner and shady people hanging around.

Der Nacht Schicht Mitarbeiter von 11.10-12.10 ( habe Name leider nicht im errinerung, gesamte personal am Ankunft und am nächsten Tag beim abreisen war sehr freundlich. Der Nacht Schicht Mitarbeiter war Ständig präsent entweder bei der reception oder beim Frühstück vorbereiten oder beim putzen. Da ich 2-3 mal aufwache in der Nacht, ging ich immer Tee trinken, es war beruhigend und angenehm für mich als Frau zu wissen dass jemand da ist. Für mich war der Frühstück ein wenig teuer 40 CHF für mich und mein 13 jähriger Sohn aber tipptopp und freundliche Menschen

The staff were friendly and available. The room was very small, and the cleaning was missed on the penultimate day.

La ubicacion es excelente a 2 cuadras de la estacion del ten y cerca del lago que es la atraccion mas importante de la ciudad. Muy buena ducha. Demasiado estrictos con el check in
