From the very first moment we felt welcomed and cared for; everyone, without exception, was extremely helpful. It feels like a refuge and every second is worth it.

The room is comfortable and the staff are very helpful and polite. The pool is hot and the view is beautiful. The breakfast is terrible—despite being a la carte, it feels like it should be fresh and delicious, but it’s poorly made and low quality. The buffet items are also bad, with only two types of cake, both hard and awful. That’s definitely the weakest point of the lodge; we saw several tables complaining. Plus they don’t serve the traditional afternoon coffee.
