The hotel's location was a major plus for me, as it was situated right in front of the Outlets and close to numerous restaurants.

“Wonderful and exceptional!”
The staff were kind.
The place was clean, but the fine was a problem.

After arriving after 11 pm, I found tiny ants on the bed. I went straight to the desk and they moved me to a room across the hall; the guy said he’d emailed maintenance. I thought housekeeping would know too, but the non‑English staff were polite, used their phone to translate, and told me they hadn’t been notified. I showed them my video, and they were surprised because the ants were gone. The site doesn’t let you upload video, so the tiny specks in the clip were the micro ants. The English‑speaking staff were a bit lacking.
“Just needed to stay near a nursing home. Wish I’d stayed somewhere else”

I told management, they pulled a rock that workers had stuck in the door to keep it open, and they claimed cameras cover everything, which didn’t help after the fact. I also mentioned that rooms are only made and cleaned every other day.
