The location is great, quiet, and surrounded by greenery. The apartment is spacious with an outdoor area. A few small touches could improve the experience, such as dish soap, kitchen sponges, some dish towels, and a shampoo holder for the shower.

If you have pets, this place is lovely; there’s a field with over 5000 olive trees where dogs can roam freely. It’s convenient to get anywhere— the nearest beach in Rimigliano is a 5/6 minute drive, and San Vincenzo and its services are under 10 minutes. I stayed in the Corbezzolo apartment, which has a wheelchair‑accessible bathroom. It’s not the most comfortable unless you need it, but I chose it by mistake during booking. They give you a pass to park on all the blue lines along the entire Principessa promenade, adjacent to the beaches. The owners are super kind and always available. The building feels a bit old with uncomfortable beds and mattresses. The air conditioning works but isn’t very effective. If you sleep with the window open, you’ll hear the constant cicadas and the traffic on the nearby road; the window screens, especially the one at the front door, are in poor condition and let everything in.
