The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, yet a leak in the roof remained unrepaired during our stay, and there was a lack of instructions and signage.

They advertised WiFi, but the code we received that morning said the mast had fallen during a storm, so there was no WiFi in the hut. The hut is a clad metal cabin, acting like a Faraday cage, so there was almost no 4G reception—no internet, no TV, no radio, and no work could be done. The roof light leaked rain into our clothes, and a camper from another field cut our power even while we were inside, trying to run a lead to the next field. One of the two gas hobs didn’t work, and ants swarmed the kitchen on the second morning. The hut’s setup was poorly thought out; a fixed bed with a small table and chairs would have been better than having to choose between a fold‑down bed or a table but not both.

The location was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature and greenery. The shepherd’s hut was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the chance to disconnect and enjoy the countryside. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The Wi‑Fi/phone signal can also be limited, but for us that was actually part of the peaceful experience.

I loved the spot and the hut itself, but the WiFi was missing.

The place was tidy and charming, and stargazing was a real treat, yet the real size felt smaller than the photos showed, water ran out, and there was no WiFi.
