The location was great, the service was great. There was no kettle in the room, the room was clean but already showing signs of age, and the hallway outside was suitable for laundry or replacement.

We were thrilled with our time at the HCC St. Moritz; the place was immaculate and the breakfast spread was impressive, offering plenty of choices and staying open for extended hours. Its central spot made walking to nearby restaurants a breeze, and the staff—especially Oana, Rechelle, and Alex—went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us like family. Everything was flawless, so we’ll definitely return!
