The location was great, and the staff were super helpful and kept everything clean, so I’d definitely come back. The only downside was the breakfast, which was disappointing.

The spot was spot on, but the first room we got had a toilet door that wouldn’t close properly – it didn’t fit the frame. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, both staff members seemed uninterested and didn’t explain why that mattered. They moved us to a different room, but we were told to return the old key right away because they were fully booked. No apology came for the hassle.

The place was clean, the breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable. The staff weren’t unfriendly, but…

The room was a decent size. On the second night someone was running up and down, banging on all the doors, the bed was very uncomfortable, and there was an odd smell up the hallway. The shampoo wasn’t restocked and the windows were very, very loud.
