The food is solid, the staff are nice and welcoming, and there’s a big parking lot right in front of the hotel. It would be handy if the rooms had an electric kettle.

The hotel is truly deserving of its rating. The selection of food, snacks, and sweets is wide, and the lunches and dinners change every day; the dishes taste good, especially the beef and red fish. The staff are very friendly and attentive, responding instantly to requests and complaints. We stayed with our parents in two rooms overlooking the courtyard. We arrived on a Tuesday, which is a live‑music night (played Tuesdays and Saturdays until 10‑11 pm), making it hard to get our little daughter to sleep, but the next day we asked for a room change and the hotel moved my wife, daughter, and mother‑in‑law to a two‑bedroom room at no extra cost. At one point the water was turned off in my room, but after I complained the issue was fixed within 15 minutes. There were many small moments where the staff helped or gave us advice. The hotel also offers extra activities like air hockey, a ping‑pong table, a gym, a sauna, a pool, and a water slide. The kids’ play area, though small, kept our daughter busy regularly. A short trail nearby leads into the forest, great for a walk. The beach is about a 20‑30 minute walk away, but a shuttle runs there all the time. Overall, it’s an excellent place where the staff truly value their guests and create a calm, quality vacation. I can’t say I disliked anything, but a few points to note: 1. The alcohol – beer and wine are good, and we mostly drank those. I tried gin‑tonic once, but it tasted like vodka‑flavored water with no gin or tonic. Whisky isn’t included in the all‑inclusive; only local drinks are. I didn’t try other alcohol. 2. A request more than a complaint: the kids’ room used to have a ball pool where children slid down a slide, but now there are almost no balls left and most are deformed. I’d like the hotel to replace the balls in the pool; it would be more fun for the kids.

We had an amazing stay that truly surpassed our expectations. Every member of the reception team was exceptionally cool. The food was simple but tasty, and something new appeared each day. The pool area was great. The room was cleaned daily, and we were upgraded to a larger room with a gift basket – we’re still not sure how lucky we were. We’re very happy with the experience and plan to return. We didn’t have much to say about the break, we just walked to the nearest one. Thanks a lot to the hotel staff, big hugs.

This is a budget hotel that fully met my expectations. There were no disappointments or wonders. The room was clean but very modest. The food was tasty but somewhat repetitive. We didn’t use the beach shuttle, so I can’t comment on it. Near the hotel beach, you can easily park a car in the night club’s parking lot (which is closed during the day). We sat in the beach café, which was cozy. The staff try hard. The sheets are like swans, welcome fruit, very polite waiters and reception staff. Housekeeping daily. If you plan to stay short and explore the surroundings, this is a great choice. There are no hooks for clothes in the rooms and the wardrobe is inconvenient. The pillow is very firm and bulky. The furniture, renovation, and plumbing are old. Beach loungers are packed together, so we didn’t use them. If the room overlooks the pool, it can be noisy, but only until 11 pm. The upper balconies have no roof and get drenched by rain. It’s better to pick a room with a mountain view (parking) if that option exists.
