A terrace with garden views and a private sauna are included in the Two‑Bedroom Villa with Sauna. The villa contains a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware, and a barbecue. Two separate bedrooms plus a crib accommodate four guests, and two private bathrooms each have a walk‑in shower and a hairdryer. Air‑conditioning and a flat‑screen TV with satellite channels provide climate control and entertainment.

“Toller Familienurlaub”
Barbara and Alain were very friendly, the whirlpool and sauna were great, the nets on the upper floor were a real highlight for the kids, the beds were very comfortable, the grill was also excellent, and the club house was awesome with plenty to explore. The air conditioning didn’t work perfectly; downstairs it was really cold, upstairs it was unfortunately too warm. There was no keg for the tap system, so during the World Cup we couldn’t get any kegs.
The cottages are gorgeous, spacious, with a beautiful kitchen and three very luxurious bathrooms, but the sofa in the living room was uncomfortable and the layout didn’t provide enough room for five people.

I was pleasantly surprised by the resort's actual appearance, which matched the photos. We were initially skeptical, but the resort exceeded our expectations. We were able to upgrade to a house with a Jacuzzi on short notice, which was a highlight of our stay. The staff, Alain and Barbara, were always available and very friendly. They promptly resolved an issue with a defective heater in our original house before our arrival.

The houses are built with heat‑pumps and sustainable timber, they’re large, modern and packed with comforts, every bedroom has its own bathroom – a real plus – and the complex sits in a big park with lots of outdoor activities for all ages; when the weather turns bad there’s a free indoor play area and a cheap bowling lane on the neighbouring campsite, plus a child‑friendly restaurant nearby and a handy WhatsApp chatbot that’s always reachable. However, for a family‑friendly price I was disappointed by the lack of a stair gate, the absence of a high‑chair and a baby cot (they were there but all taken that weekend), no kitchen roll for quick clean‑ups, no hand soap in the bathrooms – essential with dirty kids’ hands (and adults 😜), the double beds were actually two singles so a child couldn’t sleep in the centre, and we were expected to strip the beds, collect towels, wash and dry dishes, put everything back and clean the kitchen by the 10 am checkout after getting up at 7 – pure stress; this service feels like something that should be included at this price.

Our stay at this hotel was a luxurious treat for our family, complete with a private pool and sauna that the kids adored. However, we did encounter some issues - the outdoor flooring was extremely slippery when wet, and we were warned about it, but it was still a hazard. I slipped and fell twice, and the lack of a fence around the pool made us feel uneasy, especially when our neighbors' curious kids would often stand by the pool and watch us.
