“Efficace mais à améliorer”

The underground parking costs 20 € per day, and the place is close to the city center and Fontaine train station, with water available. The restaurant area (breakfast spot) and reception are modern and spacious. Air conditioning works, but it can get very hot. The lunch buffet was standard and simple; I would have liked better quality bread and croissants, non‑industrial juices, and maybe some pancakes or more vegetables. The room isn’t huge but functional (TV, bed, small desk). Some finishing touches still need work (lamp button, bathroom), and the bedding is fairly stiff.

The location is really perfect, the staff is friendly, and the lobby and breakfast area are cozy! Breakfast was also really good. The beds were a bit lower quality, with plastic covers that made you sweat, and they were narrow. The rooms were very small.

“Pauvre Abdel.”

The male receptionist of Maghrebi origin hung up on my wife while we were in the parking lot, without telling us that a exit code was needed to leave the parking. He was far from professional, especially since we were already stressed. We left the hotel without seeing him again, wishing I could have corrected his lack of professionalism and courtesy.
