“Une expérience catastrophique”

The worst hotel experience ever. The pool was green, Wi‑Fi was dead, and there was no soundproofing in the rooms. Ant colonies were in the rooms, sheets were dirty, the child’s mattress was stained and torn. Tablecloths and dishes were filthy at breakfast. At 8 am the staff were sleeping on a mattress in the reception. Nothing worked here. We booked three nights but left after the first, spending a sleepless night. Stay away!

Hello, I’m writing about reservation number … I booked three nights from 31 July to 3 August 2026 for two couples and two kids plus myself. Upon arrival we paid for the three rooms in cash directly at the hotel. The place is in a catastrophic state. This stay was a real nightmare: rooms were extremely noisy with no soundproofing; the internet didn’t work (we were there to work); one room had an ant infestation on the floor – our friends were bitten; the child’s mattress was torn and dirty; the whole hotel was very filthy; the pool water was green and unusable; Wi‑Fi didn’t work. We have many photos and a recording of what we heard from our room. Yesterday we asked for a refund of the remaining two nights. The hotel refused and told us to contact … We’re leaving and demanding a full refund for the two unused nights. Please contact the hotel urgently to secure this refund. The location was decent, but the rooms were extremely dirty. Bathrooms were filthy as well.
