It was lovely and modern with lots of special features. Heater, automatic light, comfortable bed, accessible large TV to watch Commonwealth games. Lots of snacks and a well‑stocked breakfast. An all‑round lovely break away from home.

Loved the little treats provided. The spa pool was the perfect spot for stargazing. It might help to provide a sketch of the 20‑minute walk to the café that was recommended. If you ask Google Maps, you get sent on a less scenic, longer route.

This was my second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is extremely handy to restaurants and it is beautiful. The hosts are so lovely and accommodating. I prefer to keep to myself and so they left me to it unless I needed something. I was able to explore all of Marsden Cove and One Tree Point on their e-bike. I had a luxurious spa enjoying the view of the canal. They provide ample breakfast and a few snacks! Plus a Nespresso coffee machine with enough pods to last a lifetime. This is now my go-to place to stay when I come down here to visit friends. Friendly Warning! The induction stove provided by the property is very powerful! I unfortunately set the smoke alarm off in the middle of the night when I tried to use it!

Breakfast was self help but it had everything you would need for a hot or cold breakfast. The location was excellent right on the waterways. Nothing as they had thought of every home comfort with extras that we haven’t had at any other location we’ve stayed at

Lovely suite, cosy and comfortable for a relaxing short stay. Immaculately clean, excellent breakfast provisions. The snacks and treats were much appreciated along with the coffee machine and bottles of water. The spa pool made the stay superb. Thank you Donna and Neville. Absolutely nothing.
