The owner was available and friendly. The room matched the description—simple, clean, functional. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, a few steps from the metro, and you can walk to Termini and the Colosseum. If I return to Rome, I’d choose this again for its excellent value. The only drawback is the lack of a bidet, but that’s not a big issue for a couple of nights.

The bathroom was really clean👍, but the bed kept moving around because the legs weren’t stable, and I’d recommend getting big towels.

Everything was perfect: the room was clean and welcoming, and the location was great for exploring Rome. Nothing to complain about.

The location scored a 10, the room was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning, and we had no issues with noise or shower water; check‑in and check‑out were easy. It’s not the newest place and the facilities aren’t the best, but it’s fine and we’d stay again. I just wish there were a few more towels for after the shower or a shelf in the bathroom (there is a cabinet) to store something, though it’s not essential.
