This hotel completely surpassed my expectations! From the moment I entered the lobby I could feel the high‑quality environment and professional service attitude. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding especially comfortable, and all facilities were well equipped. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, responding to requests promptly. Overall, the stay was fantastic and I truly recommend it!

Arriving at the hotel on 6 June 2025 in the evening, I found the staff unable to locate my reservation, forcing me to bring several companions to switch hotels mid‑night—a major hassle with no assistance offered. They sent me an email asking me to evaluate the situation, yet I demanded an explanation for their inability to see my booking and requested remedial action from either the platform or the hotel. I also showed them my booking confirmation with the hotel number, but they failed to recognize the front‑desk number, called, and the phone simply rang. I need answers.
